Step 1

Enter your "Username" and "Password" into the Download Area form, then select the LOGIN (lock icon) button.

TIP - The following convention is used when initializing new accounts:

Username: firstname.lastname (all lower case characters!)
Password: lastname (all lowercase characters!)


Step 2

Locate the purchased document in the main content section and select the corresponding "DOWNLOAD" button.

Step 3

Select the appropriate option to save the document to your local disk.
