Payment Alternatives

Norton Global offers flexible and secure payment alternatives to customers who perfer not to use the online payment process.

Payment by credit card (manual method)
  • (1) Please submit a support request that identifies the product(s) you would like to purchase by credit card.
  • (2) An invoice will be emailed to you along with a form for you to provide your credit card details.
  • (3) Fill out the form, sign it, and return it by email to the sender from Norton Global.
  • (4) Upon successful payment, an email will be sent to the customer that includes credentials to download the purchased product(s) from this site.

International payment by wire transfer
  • (1) Please submit a support request that identifies the product(s) you would like to purchase by wire transfer.
  • (2) An invoice will be sent to you that includes instructions for sending payment by international wire transfer.
  • (3) Upon successful payment, an email will be sent to the customer that includes credentials to download the purchased product(s) from this site.
